My task was to do a remix of a piece by lunulet
Overjoyed though I was to redo one of lunulet's paintings, choosing one to do was particularly hard. Lunulet's pictures are so perfect, her style so delicate and her mastery of light simply brilliant, a redo by me could only look tacky and heavy.
So (with the help of my children) I took the easy way out and picked one that was incomplete -
- a sweet and comfortable moment between Harry and Ron.
And, of course Pigwidgeon! (look at his expression!! Too cute for words.)
Owls are such an important part of lunulet's work (plus she loves them to bits!) so I felt it appropriate to do a piece that had an owl in it.
And here is my remix-
Harry and Ron look a little older in mine and that was deliberate on my part. Pigwidgeon came on the scene just before Harry turned 14, so I decided it was quite appropriate to make them look about 16.
